Proceeding contribution from Lord Northbourne (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 12 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Children and Adoption Bill [HL].
Children and Adoption Bill [HL]
In respect of what the noble Baroness has said, I strongly agree with her. However, it is dependent on the availability of those well trained and experienced professionals. Is it possible at some time for the noble Baroness or the Minister to give the Committee rather more satisfaction that the people who are or will be doing this questioning have those qualifications?
