Proceeding contribution from Baroness Byford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 28 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Commons Bill [HL].
Commons Bill [HL]
My Lords, I think that I heard the noble Lord correctly when he said that the new directions are going to come through in regulations and that at the moment the Government are consulting on that. Will the Minister clarify how long the consultation will be and when it is likely to end?
