Proceeding contribution from Lord Jopling (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 28 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Commons Bill [HL].

Commons Bill [HL]

My Lords, I apologise. As I have felt so cross about what has happened since 1965, I was perhaps rather long-winded. Will the noble Lord think about it again and whether it is necessary to put it on the face of the Bill?
