Terrorism Bill
I am very grateful to the Minister for her reply. I shall study it again. I had thought that she might say that in Schedule 8 it was very unlikely that there would be any material likely to be subject to legal privilege. However, that said, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 27 agreed to. Clauses 28 and 29 agreed to.
