My Lords, I thank the noble Lords who have spoken. I also thank the Minister for his reply. I have achieved my object of getting into Hansard the case I thought important to put. I have spelled it out fully and went a little further than other noble Lords did in their amendments. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
