Proceeding contribution from Hywel Williams (Plaid Cymru) in the House of Commons on Monday, 30 January 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Government of Wales Bill.

Government of Wales Bill

The Secretary of State may say that there is a colourful miscellany of requests and a huge variety of aspirations, but that is a measure of the ideas among Plaid Cymru Members about how the devolution settlement could be developed, and will be developed in future. In the meantime, I beg to ask leave to withdraw the amendment.
