London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Bill

Of course the ODA is not a planning authority in the same way that local authorities are. I was seeking to emphasise that, first, it can do its work only in consultation with local planning authorities, and all are governed by these requirements. Secondly, the ODA, as a non-governmental public body, has responsibilities under legislation and will be expected to hit the same targets as public bodies with regard to legislation for the disabled.
