Just to assist the hon. Gentleman, who, unfortunately, has pledged his support for the Bill, let me point out that it is written in black and white in schedule 2 that"““No instrument made during any period of suspension shall be liable to annulment or capable of being revoked in pursuance of a resolution, motion or address of the Northern Ireland Assembly.””"
