Proceeding contribution from John Healey (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 2 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Finance (No. 2) Bill 2005-06.
Finance (No. 2) Bill
I will gladly give way when I have finished making this point. We said in the pre-Budget report:"““Alongside the revenue raised by this measure, projected receipts have been further reduced as a result of an increase in the number of those incorporating simply to reduce their tax and national insurance liability.””"
