Proceeding contribution from Earl of Liverpool (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 9 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
Health Bill
I was interested in the quotation given by the noble Lord, Lord Stoddart, from the letter he received from the British Heart Foundation that its statement about non-smokers who work in a smoky environment was inaccurate. Did the letter state to what extent the information was inaccurate?
