Health Bill
I thought I had answered the point rather elegantly. I said—and the noble Lord, Lord Naseby, nodded his head when I said it—that these points were raised in the consultation. We listened to them and we are still considering the issues. We will come back to the industry and others when we have worked out the detail of the regulations.
