Proceeding contribution from Baroness Byford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 24 May 2006. It occurred during Committee proceeding and Debate on bill on Animal Welfare Bill.
Animal Welfare Bill
It was not me in a garage at that stage, but it was an example I gave. It could have been in a barn. I shall not delay the Committee. I am sorry if the noble Baroness thought that we were widening the scope because we want to make sure that this section is as tight as possible in order to end these activities. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendments Nos. 34 to 38 not moved.] Clause 8 agreed to.
