I thank the Minister. That is very helpful. Institutions such as the Monkey Sanctuary Trust will have to bear it in mind, because it might have a greater influx of creatures. The Minister briefly mentioned parrots. I do not want to go into parrots because I could speak for a long time, but they, too, are a very sociable species that exists in flocks in the wild. I certainly encourage the Government to check against Clause 9(2)(c) when considering the welfare of all those creatures for which sociability is a key issue. I was cheered the Minister’s response, which I shall read. In the meantime, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
