The Minister has given us a useful exposition on the business of distinguishing what constitutes a show, a club or a sale, which is absolutely vital. The efforts of the noble Baroness, Lady Miller, in asking that all shows should be registered, was one way of doing it, which might have been intensely complicated. One could see that, as she was saying, we did not wish to include local fairs and local agricultural shows and so on, which would all have to be registered. There may be a method along the lines that the Minister is suggesting that will produce sufficient distinctions. We all want to go away and look more at the fine tuning of the position—
