Proceeding contribution from Lord Campbell of Alloway (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 24 July 2006. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Armed Forces Bill.
Armed Forces Bill
I oppose the amendment. Anyone who has been in a very tight corner where discipline is totally essential could never accept this amendment.
