Proceeding contribution from Lord Young of Cookham (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 25 July 2006. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Immigration Service.

Has the Chancellor recently made additional resources available to him for those additional activities, or will the Home Secretary have to fund them from his existing departmental baseline?
