Immigration Service
In respect of the new shadow agency that the Home Secretary is creating, will he undertake to consult with Parliament if it is to have a regional structure? Will he also undertake to ensure that should the regulator produce a report that is critical of the agency or of immigration policy, the Government will accept it?
