Armed Forces Bill

moved Amendments Nos. 54 and 55: Page 13, line 38, leave out subsections (1) and (2) and insert- ““(1) A person subject to service law commits an offence if he does an act that causes the hazarding of any of Her Majesty's ships and- (a) he intends to cause damage to or the stranding or loss of the ship, and there is no lawful excuse for his act; or (b) he is reckless as to whether he causes damage to or the stranding or loss of the ship.”” Page 14, line 16, leave out ““or (2)”” On Question, amendments agreed to. Clause 31, as amended, agreed to. Clause 32 agreed to. Clause 33 [Dangerous flying etc]:
