I am grateful to the Minister for his undertaking and for his assurance that we will have the earliest possible sight of the regulations. As he knows, we take this matter very seriously. I am grateful for all the work that he has done behind the scenes. In the light of that, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
