Armed Forces Bill
Will the noble and learned Lord confirm that that applies in a different circumstance? Let us suppose that the civil authorities, who the noble and learned Lord said will take the initial decision, decide that it should be a court martial, will the potential defendant have the opportunity of making representations to the Attorney-General that it should be a civil trial?
