I thank the Minister for his earlier comments—that is a formal statement. In the light of that, I drop my opposition to the Question whether Clause 18 should stand part of the Bill. Clause 18 agreed to. Clauses 19 and 20 agreed to. [Amendments Nos. 17 and 18 not moved.] Clause 21 [Amendment of Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 etc]: [Amendment No. 19 not moved.]
