Proceeding contribution from Rob Marris (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 28 November 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Investment Exchanges and Clearing Houses Bill.
Investment Exchanges and Clearing Houses Bill
I am slightly confused by the hon. Gentleman’s remarks. On Second Reading, he seemed to be against extra-territoriality, but his amendment suggests that he is in favour of it. Could he explain that contradiction, or have I misunderstood him?
