Proceeding contribution from Lord Beith (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Friday, 26 January 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Energy Saving (Daylight) Bill.

It was just that I got fed up with going to work in the dark since the Bill was brought in””?
