Proceeding contribution from Mark Francois (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 20 February 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Planning-gain Supplement (Preparations) Bill.
Planning-gain Supplement (Preparations) Bill
I can confirm that the Labour-Liberal Democrat coalition that runs the Scottish Executive did not ask us to table the new clause, but I can also confirm that their response to the consultation was highly critical. If he will be patient for a few moments, I shall illustrate that with a few direct quotations from the document, which I hope will help to satisfy him.
