Proceeding contribution from Paul Flynn (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 1 March 2007. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Welsh Affairs.
Welsh Affairs
I believe that Mr. Chapman achieved his high office on the community council having been co-opted on to it. I urge the hon. Member for Chesham and Amersham (Mrs. Gillan) to read the MySpace contribution by Mr. Chapman, as I did recently. Perhaps she could put it into her manifesto. One could not describe it in the House because almost every other word would be inappropriate in parliamentary language.
