Proceeding contribution from Lord James of Blackheath (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 3 May 2007. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Gambling Act 2005 (Exclusion of Children from Track Areas) Order 2007.

Gambling Act 2005 (Exclusion of Children from Track Areas) Order 2007
