Proceeding contribution from Baroness Noakes (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 4 June 2007. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Pensions Bill.
Pensions Bill
That has been very helpful. The debate reminds me of the time when I learnt accountancy and it was described as a hieratic language; a priestly language understood by very few. It appears that pension-speak is much the same. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 42 not moved.]
