Proceeding contribution from Gordon Brown (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 3 July 2007. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Constitutional Reform.
Constitutional Reform

Friend raises, and today I suggested that it would be a good thing if there was a concordat between local and central Government, but he will have to wait for a statement by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government on the matter that he raises.
