Foreign Affairs and Defence
Will the Secretary of State say something about the European Union high representative for foreign affairs? Will he disown the comments of his colleague Lord Malloch-Brown, who said that the EU was heading for a single seat in the United Nations and that he hoped"““it will happen as quickly as possible””," or does he agree with them?
