My Lords, I thank the Minister. Of course the noble Lord, Lord Kirkwood, is right that all efforts must take place to make the non-resident parent pay. I began by saying that it was a probing amendment, and I thank the Minister for his response. I feel better assured that the information will be shared only when it is justified and under very strict conditions. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
