My Lords, I thank the Minister for his response. The noble Lord, Lord Kirkwood, also raised some very important additional points to the probing amendment that I put forward. It is important that these data follow a stringent path through the commission and that they are encrypted. Past difficulties have shown how easy it has been to access data that were not properly guarded with encryption and with policies and procedures. Having been given those assurances by the Minister, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
