European Union (Amendment) Bill

had given notice of his intention to move Amendment No. 84: 84: Clause 2, page 1, line 12, after ““excluding”” insert— ““(i) Annexed Protocol on the role of National Parliaments in the European Union; and (ii) ”” The noble Lord said: I do not propose to move this amendment but I want to make it clear that I shall talk to the issues arising from it under a later amendment in my name.
