Proceeding contribution from Patrick Mercer (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 11 June 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Counter-Terrorism Bill.

Friend the Member for Haltemprice and Howden (David Davis), the shadow Home Secretary, have been making.
