Energy Bill
In Clause 54, it is an offence, "““to fail to comply with an obligation … imposed by an approved … decommissioning programme””." Will a failure to comply involve a public health risk? Could it involve escaped radioactivity in an area? If so, what the Minister said does not really apply. I understand what he said about his other points.
