Proceeding contribution from Baroness Carnegy of Lour (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 24 June 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Energy Bill.
Energy Bill
Should the Bill not say that in Clause 54(1)? That is not clear from the wording of the Bill. I know that the Minister explained that earlier.
