Proceeding contribution from Lord Teverson (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 24 June 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Energy Bill.
Energy Bill
I must admit that I did not understand this clause one little bit. When a parliamentary clause gets into algebra involving a person called āāPāā, frankly, in any other walk of life we would set up a PowerPoint presentation on it. I will be absolutely delighted to hear the Minister explain what it actually means and I congratulate the noble Lord, Lord Rowlands, on raising the matter.
