moved Amendments Nos. 130DA and 130DB: 130DA: Clause 96, page 47, line 7, after ““Where”” insert ““any of”” 130DB: Clause 96, page 47, line 18, at end insert ““, or (b) if the pension compensation sharing order or provision on which the debit depends specifies an amount to be transferred, the percentage which the appropriate amount for the purposes of subsection (1) of section 94 represents of the amount mentioned in subsection (2)(b)(ii) of that section.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
