moved, as an amendment to Amendment No. 130EW, Amendment No. 130FG: 130FG: Before Clause 107, line 31, after ““Regulator,”” insert— ““( ) persons representative of pension trustees,”” The noble Lord said: The provisions for consultation in Amendment No. 130EW seem excessively narrow. That is why I have moved this amendment and the two that go with it. I beg to move.
