I am grateful for the support of the noble Baroness, Lady Hanham, on this amendment. The Minister has probably satisfied the breadth of our concern, so I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. On Question, Whether Clause 3 shall stand part of the Bill.
