Proceeding contribution from Baroness Harris of Richmond (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 9 October 2008. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Counter-Terrorism Bill.
Counter-Terrorism Bill
I am grateful to the noble Lord for his care in how he dealt with the amendment and for what he has put on record. That will go a long way in countering some of the concerns expressed. To have responses on record is a valuable way of ensuring that people understand the issues that we are dealing with. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
