Counter-Terrorism Bill

I am very grateful to the Minister for that explanation and for pointing out that our drafting was wrong. He is quite correct: it should have read ““intelligence services””. In concluding this group of amendments, I should like to concur with his remarks from these Benches. We recognise the enormous contribution that the intelligence services make to the counterterrorism effort and in no way would we want our amendments to be taken as diminishing the significance of their work. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 19 agreed to.
