Counter-Terrorism Bill
This is a matter of natural justice. We are not concerned whether there is a full court of law, but am I not right in saying that the suspect does not have, "““a statement of the suspicion which forms the basis for the … original arrest and continued detention””," and that he is not given, "““the gist of the material on which the suspicion is based””?"
