Planning Bill
The noble Lord makes a strong point. I go back to my original argument that this is the minimum time and the applicant can give a longer period. The amendment tabled by the noble Lord, Lord Dixon-Smith, would impose a deadline of at least 28 days by which representations relating to an application must be submitted to the IPC. That would apply to those who are not notified directly by the applicant but respond to publicity.
