Climate Change Bill [Lords]
The hon. Gentleman means efficiency savings through sacking consultants—I understand that. I turn back to the serious point. New clause 11 is an admirable statement of intent. Few could disagree that what it proposes would be a good thing for the Secretary of State to do. However, I doubt whether it needs to be an amendment to this Bill at this time, and that is why I urge hon. Members to vote against it.
