moved Amendments Nos. 107 to 109: 107: Clause 95, page 55, line 35, leave out from beginning to ““likely”” in line 36 and insert ““make a report to the Secretary of State, in relation to each inspection, on the extent to which any relevant standard is being met, and is”” 108: Clause 95, page 55, line 37, at end insert— ““( ) In this section ““any relevant standard””, in relation to an inspection, means any independent educational institution standard that is— (a) specified by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the inspection, or (b) considered to be relevant by the Chief Inspector in the circumstances of the case.”” 109: Clause 95, page 55, line 39, leave out from beginning to end of line 10 on page 56 and insert ““make a report if the Chief Inspector has been notified by the Secretary of State that the institution is to be inspected instead by an independent inspectorate.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
