moved Amendments Nos. 110 to 113: 110: Clause 96, page 56, line 21, after ““may”” insert ““at any time”” 111: Clause 96, page 56, line 26, at end insert ““in relation to the institution”” 112: Clause 96, page 56, line 26, at end insert— ““( ) The Secretary of State may at any time arrange for an independent inspectorate— (a) to inspect a registered independent educational institution in relation to which it is approved under section 93, and (b) to make a report to the Secretary of State on the extent to which any relevant standard is being met in relation to the institution.”” 113: Clause 96, page 56, line 28, leave out from ““standard”” to end and insert ““that is— (a) specified by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the inspection, or (b) considered to be relevant by the person carrying out the inspection in the circumstances of the case.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
