Proceeding contribution from Viscount Eccles (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 20 January 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Banking Bill.
Banking Bill
I am a member of the Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee and I wish to ask the Minister a rather technical question. The committee’s report on the Banking Bill was published on 18 December. I think it would be normal for it to expect a written reply but, so far as I know, it has not done so. Is it the Government’s intention to send one?
