Iran
I was privy to the discussions in the European Court of First Instance when the barristers representing the PMOI were repeatedly asked for that evidence, but it simply did not exist. We anticipated a long adjudication, but it came the next day, because there was no evidence to justify the continuation of the ban on the PMOI.
