Health Bill [HL]

I thank the Minister for that response, and I thank the noble Baroness, Lady Young, for her intervention. I am also grateful for the information about the notification issue. I understand the noble Lord’s reluctance concerning the appointment of a trust special administrator, and that may be something I need to reconsider. In return, perhaps the Minister will take away his last thoughts on the registration issue. It would be a good idea to get that clarity into the Bill so that we all know where we stand. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 74A withdrawn. Amendments 75 to 78A not moved. Amendment 78E had been retabled as Amendment 78A.
