Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill [HL]

My Lords, I am extremely grateful for the Minister’s reply. I do think that we are heading for disaster, but it is helpful that the Minister has told the House that rate demands will be issued probably in the next two weeks. Matters will then come to a head, and the clarity for businesses will be helpful because they have been in limbo for some time. We will see what happens next. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 150 withdrawn. Amendments 151 to 155 not moved.
